All of our implant bars are nested through the Hyperdent CAM software that uses specialized milling templates combined with an interface geometry library for the most commonly-used implant systems to provide engineering level precision for your implant bar.

It is then milled out on our Imes-Icore 350i Pro+ which has no issues tackling those hard to mill cases such as angled screw channels or thimble bars.
